About the Job

You are a seasoned solutions architect who thrives in complex, multi-domain environments and enjoys guiding clients towards outcomes that align technology with business strategy. You bring a consultative mindset to every engagement, asking the right questions and influencing decisions rather than leading with produc...

At Myriad360, the Client Solution Architect (CSA) is essentially the technical quarterback for the account and the right-hand technical partner to the Account Executive. The AE owns the overall account relationship and sales strategy; the CSA owns helping turn client needs into a coordinated technical strategy. That...

Must be based in the United States and reside in Austin or Dallas Texas. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Key Responsibilities

Own technical discovery
The CSA should be able to lead a conversation with the client and understand their current environment, business objectives, technical challenges, upcoming initiatives, budget/timeline considerations, and where Myriad can provide value. The CSA shouldn't simply wait for the customer to tell us which product they want.
Uncover and qualify opportunities
A major part of the job is asking the right questions to turn conversations into opportunities. Internally, Myriad has highlighted CSA success specifically around uncovering client pain points and connecting those problems to solutions across Data Center, Networking, Security, Cloud, and Professional Services.
Be broad technically—not necessarily the deepest SME
The CSA needs enough technical breadth to have credible conversations across Myriad's portfolio. They don't need to personally design every solution.
For example, if a conversation moves deeply into security, the CSA should recognize the opportunity, ask enough questions to establish what is needed, and then bring in the appropriate Security SE/SME. The same applies to networking, cloud, services, automation, observability, data center, etc.
Orchestrate Myriad resources
This is one of the most important distinctions of the role. The CSA should know who needs to be involved, when they need to be involved, and why
Think: Client → AE + CSA → appropriate SMEs / SEs / Services / PMO / Partners
Rather than having the AE independently chase five different engineering teams, the CSA helps coordinate the technical side of the opportunity.
Stay engaged through complex opportunities
The CSA shouldn't disappear once an SME gets involved. For larger or more complicated engagements, internal Myriad guidance specifically calls for CSA participation in client kickoff calls and weekly status meetings. The CSA helps maintain continuity from discovery → architecture → proposal/SOW → implementation handoff.
Translate technical conversations into business outcomes
A strong CSA connects technology back to what the customer actually cares about: reducing risk, improving resiliency, lowering cost, modernizing infrastructure, improving operational efficiency, supporting growth, increasing security, or simplifying management.
Instead of "You should buy Pure Storage," the conversation becomes "Here's the operational problem we're solving, here's the architecture we recommend, and here's why."
Help the AE grow the account
The CSA is a technical extension of the sales team. That means understanding the account well enough to recognize adjacent opportunities.
Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section
Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts
Other duties as assigned
