5+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or analytics engineering, or product management
5+ years of hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Streamlit, PowerBI, Sigma, Omni, etc.)
5+ years of SQL experience
Strong understanding of data lifecycle management including instrumentation, governance, modeling and self-service interfaces
Experience working within a Jira/Agile environment to manage and prioritize technical work.
Build relationships with partners and stakeholders to understand product data needs, distill business requirements into technical documentation and prioritize work accordingly
Excellent business acumen and emotional intelligence in ambiguous environments
BA or higher, preferred; additional relevant work experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable

 
Cloud based data warehouse technologies (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, etc.)
Data engineering (Python, dbt, Kafka, Parquet, DuckDB, etc.)
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and the Pull Request process.
Proficiency with advanced data skills/code, such as working with Claude code or other LLM-based data analysis tools.
