We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Configurator with 6+ years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for a highly skilled configurator who can serve as a key technical leader on projects. As a Senior Configurator, you will act as a subject matter expert and mentor, guiding the project team and client through the full project lifecycle, from discovery to deployment.
5+ years of experience in Salesforce.com.
5+ years of systems consulting experience.
Strong understanding of key business processes such as Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
Expert Salesforce configurator.
Ability to work within a team environment, supported by strong communication skills.
Well-organized, results-driven, and eager to solve difficult problems.
Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation, and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel for team events as needed.
Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
