Business development for Probio services, including identifying customer needs, promoting biological drug business, enhancing customer cooperation intention and business negotiation
LTC (Leads to Cash) sales process management. Active and clear process management to effectively achieve business development goals and risk avoidance; analyze and report corresponding data to optimize work directions in time
Key Responsibilities
Effectively coordinate the relevant departments internally for sales and cash achievement, and effectively manage customer expectations and business brands externally
Continue to optimize business workflow and pain points to improve business development efficiency and competitiveness
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
Education/Experience:
Master's degree or above
5+ years of business development experience in Biologics business
Deep understanding Antibody drug development is preferred
CDMO BD experience is preferred
Excellent communication skills, learning ability, management ability and execution ability
Fluent English communication skills is preferred
