Experience in HR, people data, or business analytics.
High proficiency in HRIS platforms, ideally BambooHR, including data models and workflow configuration.
Strong data querying and modeling skills using SQL and Business Intelligence tools.
Clear systems thinking skills with the ability to map processes and identify failure points.
Practical experience with agentic AI frameworks.
Excellent documentation habits to help others understand and maintain your work.
Hands-on experience building automated workflows using no-code tools or scripting languages.
Able to understand data and create actionable insights
Able to design automation for people processes 
An analytical partner to the whole people function and business
Focused on providing technical delivery capability so leaders can focus on strategic insight.
