Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of social platforms, creator formats and influencer culture, especially Instagram and TikTok.
Strong research, organization and attention to detail.
Confident written and verbal communication with creators, agents and internal teams.
Basic negotiation skills and comfort discussing rates, deliverables and timelines.
Ability to manage trackers, timelines and multiple creator conversations at once.
Analytical mindset with the ability to compile performance data and highlight simple insights.
Understanding of influencer disclosure, brand safety and content approval processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and influencer discovery/reporting tools such as CreatorIQ, HypeAuditor, Tagger, Traackr, Upfluence or similar platforms.
