As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Manager, Data Analytics and BI who will:

If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:
A bachelor’s degree from a top-tier college, with a 3.0 GPA or equivalent, in Analytics, Technology, Marketing, or Advertising, or equivalent professional experience.
At least C1 English proficiency or equivalent.
4–6 years of professional experience in marketing analytics, preferably within a media agency or media research company.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Google Workspace is a plus.
Exposure to the measurement of both Brand and Direct Response marketing campaigns.
Experience with core advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CM360.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain insights and recommendations clearly.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Strong analytical thinking and a passion for using numbers and data to solve problems.
Experience with generative AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude is a plus.
Experience with programming languages such as R, SQL, and Python is a plus.
