B2B Sales Representative is responsible for driving business growth by developing and managing relationships with installers, architects, and dealers. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, and providing suitable product solutions within the home appliances sector. The position plays a key role in expanding the company’s market presence and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a strong network and sales pipeline (Installers / Architects / Dealers) to self-generate new leads
Understand customer needs and provide tailored product solutions
Negotiate and close sales deals to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product delivery and resolve customer issues
Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Required Skills & Abilities
2+ years sales or related experience in the home appliances industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation and closing abilities Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team Ability to perform in a target-driven environment Proficient in basic software and sales tools
