Minimum 3  years clinical experience which includes:
Evidence based, person centred and recovery focused formulation, treatment planning and delivery
Experience providing mental health intervention in a virtual and high volume setting
Ability to manage patient risk remotely, and understanding how and where to appropriately refer
Multidisciplinary case collaboration and dual ‘customer’ stakeholder management
A variety of presentations, symptom experiences and diagnostic clusters across a diverse intersectional patient cohort
Workplace health & well-being 
Previous experience working in short term & solution focused model of care
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary health teams
Unrestricted Registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist 
Adaptable to change and able to navigate and thrive in a dynamic environment where changes are frequent. 
Flexibility in approach, willing to tailor therapeutic therapeutic methods and intervention to suit members needs
