Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:
Lead the charge in integrating AI and automation into our transfer pricing workflow. This includes automating benchmark searches, using AI for draft local file narratives, and building "self-service" intercompany models.
Oversee the end-to-end global transfer pricing lifecycle, including the preparation and review of Master Files, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR).
Lead the operational transfer pricing process—setting, monitoring, and adjusting intercompany prices throughout the year to ensure legal entities hit target profitability as well as ensure that the quarterly close calculations are robust and accurate.
Document complex intercompany transactions and develop robust policies for the valuation of intangible assets (IP), know-how, and customer relationships.
Manage global transfer pricing audits and controversy matters, acting as the primary point of contact for external advisors and tax authorities.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Law. CPA, CTA, or JD/LLM in Tax is highly preferred. 
5-10 years of dedicated transfer pricing experience in Big 4 public accounting or a high-growth US multinational corporation
Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion or similar ERP/ EPM
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel/Office.
Familiarity with tax technology software & AI tools  is beneficial.
