Proven experience in office administration, team assistant, reception or office management roles, ideally within a media, creative or agency environment
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities across multiple teams or brands simultaneously
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel, with confidence in picking up internal travel and expense platforms quickly
A warm, service-oriented approach and genuine enjoyment in being the operational backbone of a busy office and a welcoming presence for both internal teams and visiting clients
Strong attention to detail, with experience in document management, record keeping and distributing internal communications accurately and on time
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the initiative to anticipate needs and act before issues arise, whether that means restocking supplies, resetting a meeting room or helping a new starter settle in
Experience providing direct executive support to senior leaders, including C-suite diary and travel management in a fast-paced environment
A track record of coordinating large-scale internal events such as town halls, end-of-year celebrations or multi-day team offsites
Experience working across multiple agencies, brands or office locations at the same time
