The Experience: 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a high-intensity analytical role (Sales Ops, Strategy Consulting, or Finance).
The Mindset: You are a "Superstar" self-starter. You don't wait for a playbook; you write it. You have a relentless curiosity and a desire to "own" your domain.
Problem-Solving DNA: You can take an ambiguous business challenge, break it down into a structured project plan, and deliver data-driven results under pressure.
Tech Literacy: Proficient in the GTM Tech Stack (Salesforce, Clari, Tableau). Most importantly, you are an AI-first thinker—you understand how LLMs and Agentic AI can be applied to business operations to drive 10x efficiency.
SaaS Savvy: A deep understanding of SaaS business models, GTM metrics (LTV, CAC, cARR), and the mechanics of a high-growth sales cycle.
